Server Pinger does just what it says on the tin. It will ping a list of servers and report the elapsed time. It does this on a user-configurable interval from 15 minutes to every 5 seconds.
By default, it will ping the server based on URL and port 80 for websites, but it will work on any port or server name (including IP address). You can create and save lists of servers that you need to ping regularly.
